I love your prospective and the pose, I can almost see the leg under the dress. The only negative thing I'd have to say about this is the darks are too dark for how light the lights are, and the skin on her chest seems really pink, not like the color on her face.

I think you did very well on your work. There are few things, and that is Chii's body. Its sort of off in different places, and is shaped a little out of place, except for her face and certain other areas. The rest of the work is great. The dress is beautiful and the colors are great.  -- "Through thought, comes imagination."  she is beautiful! i used to love chobits a long time ago and this brings it back to me..
